Krueger Bearings, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Working Supervisor to lead a team of CNC and manual machinists, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality parts are produced.

You will handle complex setups, edit G-code, and oversee first‑article inspections while training junior machinists and coordinating with the 1st shift for a smooth transition of WIP.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years experience on CNC lathes and mills.
• Ability to lead people and set a professional example.
• Expert blueprint reading (GD&T) and trig.; strong shop math.
• Reliable, decisive, and calm under pressure as night crew anchor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Krueger Bearings is a family-owned machine shop with

your connection to the machines? We\'re looking for a 2nd Shift Working

Supervisor who can bridge the gap between \"high-level strategy\" and

\"making chips.\" In this role, you aren\'t just a manager in an

officeyou\'re the technical heartbeat of the night shift. You\'ll lead a

team of CNC and Manual Machinists, ensuring the shop stays on track

while jumping in to tackle the tough setups and \"impossible\" repair

jobs yourself. Why This is the Ultimate Leadership Role The Best of Both

Worlds: Spend part of your time leading/mentoring and part of your time

on the machines (CNC Lathes, CNC Mills, Manual Machines). The 4-Day

Grind: Work 10 1/2 -hour shifts Monday through Thursday. Willing to work

1 Saturday (5 hours) per month when needed. Shift Premium: Includes a

competitive shift differential on top of a leadership hourly rate. What

You\'ll Do Drive Production: Manage the workflow for the 2nd shift team,

ensuring deadlines are met and quality is flawless. Technical Support:
