Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience directing a production line in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and understand charts, indicators, control instructions, and operator checklists.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery; detect and report malfunctions.
• Perform machine setup, cleanup, and minor maintenance; adjust parameters as needed.
• Document machine attributes and respond to breakdowns; coordinate with maintenance/engineering.
• Lead, coach, and train operators; ensure proper transfer of technical information.
• Prepare and inspect products for quality; maintain GMP standards.
