Medline Industries, LP in Hartland, WI, seeks a Machine Operator for 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3:00pm-1:30am; Fri OT). You will operate, monitor and set up production equipment, perform minor maintenance, and help maintain quality.

• Quality Control: Verify inserts, labels, and pouches; adjust processes for quality; document attributes on forms/logs.
• Packaging & Handling: Weigh products, package, load, transport, seal and verify packaging integrity.
• Additional Responsibilities: Communicate with line workers, fill requisitions, complete scrap reports, and assist in line clearance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and perform regular cleaning of equipment and production areas.

Job Description 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-1:30am, Friday OT 1:00pm-9:00pm. Check out what it's like to work at Medline in Hartland, WI.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Machine Operation & Maintenance: Operate, monitor, and set up various production and packaging equipment safely. Perform minor maintenance and repairs; address equipment issues and involve maintenance when necessary.
• Quality Control: Verify correct inserts, labels, and pouches for each lot. Check product output for quality and accuracy; adjust processes to maintain high quality. Document machine attributes and parameters on required forms and logs.
• Packaging & Handling: Weigh products before packaging; operate equipment to process and package materials. Load and transport finished products; seal and verify packaging integrity.
• Additional Responsibilities: Communicate with packers on the line status and new jobs. Fill out requisition forms for shortages and scrap components; complete scrap reports. Assist in maintaining proper line clearance; perform backup duties and other projects as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; ensure orderly housekeeping. Complete regular cleaning of equipment and production areas.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $17.25 - $25.00 Hourly. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
