Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a production environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Track and report on machine efficiency (OEE) across all lines.
• Troubleshoot and repair machines as needed to minimize downtime.
• Coach, train and manage up to 30 team members.
• Coordinate with vendors for parts and repairs and ensure safety standards.
