Job summary

The role requires a 12-hour shift availability, ability to read work orders, and collaboration with maintenance when breakdowns occur. Starting pay ranges from $21.00 to $32.50 per hour, with benefits and a focus on safe, efficient production.

Qualifications

• Requires overall knowledge and experience of extruders, recycling procedures and profiles of resins and their properties.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shift including holidays and weekends.
• Must be able to bend, twist, and rotate body at all times.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processes, equipment, employees, safety, and housekeeping on assigned lines.
• Understand and able to operate at least 9 blown lines.
• Perform regular quality checks and weight checks by reading and verifying work orders and skid plans.
• Responsible for ensuring scrap goals for the department are met by cutting, separating scrap and refeeding.
• Assist Maintenance Technicians during breakdowns to minimize downtime.
