The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow written instructions, and effective communication with supervisors and team members. Prior corrugated industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in the corrugated industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up assigned production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Perform setup verifications, adjustments, and collect quality samples.
• Document production, quality, and operational data accurately.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and training to employees on the machine.
