Job summary

DanHil Containers III LLC is seeking an experienced Corrugated Press Machine Operator in Dallas, TX. The role involves setting up, maintaining, and operating corrugated presses to ensure smooth production, high quality output, and adherence to safety standards.

You will work closely with team members to keep production running efficiently, document production data, and resolve issues promptly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating corrugated press machinery or similar high-speed equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production manuals.
• Strong safety focus and adherence to PPE rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up corrugated press machines, calibrate, and clean to begin a production cycle.
• Control and adjust machine settings (speed, temperature, etc.).
• Feed raw materials to semi-automated equipment and monitor flow.
• Inspect parts with measuring tools and ensure quality output.
• Test operation periodically and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and record approved/defective units.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures; report hazards.

We are looking for an experienced Corrugated Press Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate Corrugated Presses. You’ll ensure the interminable and efficient running of production. A great machine operator is reliable and can work with attention to detail and safety standards. Being a team player is essential since all tasks require close collaboration with co-workers. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried out smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed)
• Feed raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools
• Test operation of machines periodically
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
• Follow all safety rules and procedures
• Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned
• Maintain activity logs
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus

Requirements

• Proven experience as a corrugated Press machine operator
• One year of experience as a machine operator working with Corrugated
• Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, tape measure, etc.)
• Understanding of production procedures
• Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g., constant use of protective gear)
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
