Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is partnering with a Schuylkill County, PA-based company to hire a Machine Operator Lead in Ringtown. This full-time, temp-to-hire role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a pay rate of $21 per hour.

You’ll lead a small production team, ensure safe operation, and maintain parts flow through setup to inspection. The ideal candidate has prior machine operation experience and can communicate in Spanish.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation experience.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and inspect parts throughout production.
• Knowledge of proper Set-up / Production process from beginning to end.
• Perform cleaning, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance on machines.
