Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or military experience is valued, with basic computer skills required. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, with hourly rates of $20, $21, and $21 respectively.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of manufacturing, machine operation, production or related experience.
• Ability to pass background screening.
• Medical clearance through Concentra required.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery while meeting production and quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Read and follow written work instructions, operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Monitor equipment performance and product quality throughout the production process.
• Identify operational issues and assist with troubleshooting equipment or process concerns.
• Train and qualify on HMIs.
• Accurately review, record, and enter production data using paper and computerized systems.
• Assist team members in maintaining operational excellence and compliance with company standards.
• Clean and maintain machinery, equipment, and work areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members to address production challenges and support continuous improvement efforts.
