Job Description

Telecrafter Products, located in Lakewood, CO, is a specialty manufacturer and distributor of quality products to broadband operators. We are looking to add a Lead Machine Operator to our team.

Position Details:

• Immediate opening for a day shift Lead Machine Operator. Hours are 6:30 am – 4:30 pm, Thursday to Sunday.
• Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, and adjusting assembly machines, troubleshooting assembly of parts, and ensuring sensor reliability during a 10-hour workday.
• Supervise a crew of 2-3 people and meet daily production goals.
• Must have reliable attendance, be detail-oriented, work well in a team, and be able to lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Demonstrate a strong determination to achieve results and work with minimal supervision.
• Non-smoker preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as Lead Machine Operator and in Machine Maintenance.
• Experience with automated machinery (not machine shop) required.
