Telecrafter Products, located in Lakewood, CO, is a specialty manufacturer and distributor of quality products to broadband operators. We are looking to add a Lead Machine Operator to our team.

The immediate opening is for a day shift Lead Machine Operator. The hours are 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday initially, then moving to Tuesday through Friday after approximately two weeks. This position involves monitoring and troubleshooting basic problems on the Assembly machines, including adjusting all machines during the 10-hour workday. Additionally, it requires troubleshooting the assembly of parts, mechanical and pneumatic machine operations, and sensor reliability.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lead Machine Operator and in Machine Maintenance.
2. Prior experience with automated machinery (not machine shop) is required.
3. Ability to oversee a crew of 2-3 people and meet daily production goals.
4. Reliable attendance and consistent work history.
5. Detail-oriented with the ability to work well in a team environment.
6. Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and work with minimal supervision.
7. Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
8. Strong determination to accomplish results.
9. Non-smoker.
