Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM OR 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing.
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace or high-volume manufacturing.
- 2+ years in a leadership position.
Responsibilities
- Lead team to maximize machine availability, throughput, and OEE.
- Design and implement maintenance tracking systems with minimal line downtime.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions with asset owners/engineers.
- Manage spare parts inventory and justify upgrades/new installs.
- Provide DFM feedback on layouts and maintainability.
- Mentor team on downtime prevention and disciplined operations.
- Oversee performance reviews, training, and KPI analysis.
