You will coordinate spare parts, asset upgrades, and maintenance KPIs, while mentoring staff and collaborating with engineers to improve design for maintainability and uptime across high-volume production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM or 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3+ years in aerospace or high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience leading a maintenance team and driving uptime.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to maximize machine availability, throughput, and OEE.
• Design and implement maintenance systems with minimal downtime.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions with engineers.
• Manage spare parts inventory and support upgrades.
• Provide design feedback for maintainability on new layouts.
• Mentor the team on downtime prevention and troubleshooting.
• Oversee performance reviews, training, timecards, and KPI analysis.
