Title: Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 12 month contract + extensions

MUST HAVES:

• Over 5 years experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer
• At least 1 year of team lead experience
• 5+ Years experience with Python
• 5+ Years experience with Azure
• Proficient experience with analytical and programming languages and packages, such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research or other quantitative discipline.

Day to Day:

In this role, a typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translating them into actionable machine learning and AI solutions. Using large structured and unstructured datasets, develop, implement, and optimize predictive algorithms across various functional areas, including Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain, on a global scale. Extract meaningful insights from data, visualize findings, and generate reports to support decision-making. Communicate complex analytical work effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive management. Work with ML Ops and other teams to scale and operationalize AI models while maintaining technical documentation. Build and maintain a library of reusable data science solutions, leveraging CI/CD principles to automate deployment and ensure repeatability. Ensure all solutions align with industry standards and business needs.
