Job summary
LTIMindtree is seeking a Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online specialist in Rolling Meadows, IL to design and implement integration strategies for M365 workloads, support hybrid Active Directory with Azure Entra ID, and assist with tenant-to-tenant migrations during mergers and acquisitions.
You will help onboarding new agencies, secure cross-tenant collaboration, and ensure smooth migrations and digital transformations, leveraging Quest BitTitan tools and best-practice documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and on-premises deployments.
- Experience supporting hybrid environments with on-prem AD and Azure AD Entra ID.
- Knowledge of tenant-to-tenant migrations in merger/acquisition contexts.
- Experience with Quest and BitTitan tools for migrations and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Plan design and implement integration strategies for Exchange Online.
- Support hybrid identity setups on-premises AD with Azure AD Entra ID.
- Assist with tenant-to-tenant migrations during mergers and acquisitions.
- Set up and secure cross tenant collaboration.
- Standardize and document onboarding processes for new agencies or business units.
- Data migration for email using tools like Quest BitTitan.
