Job summary

Genpact in Houston is seeking an experienced M365 Copilot Software Engineer to design and scale enterprise-grade cloud solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure. You will integrate SharePoint, Graph, and Power Platform with modern front-ends like Next.js and React, delivering AI-enabled features built on Copilot Studio and Azure AI.

This lead role spans architecture, development, and client engagements, mentoring engineers, owning CI/CD pipelines, and shaping reusable accelerators across Genpact

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development with deep M365 and Azure expertise.
• Proven experience designing and building M365 applications and SPFx components.
• Hands-on experience with Entra, Purview, and SharePoint Advanced Management.
• Familiarity with Power Platform and Microsoft Graph integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure using .NET/C# as the foundation.
• Build and maintain the SPFx front end, API, and supporting layer connecting backend services to modern front-ends.
• Integrate backend systems including SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Graph via secure connectors.
• Design and implement AI-powered features using Copilot Studio, Foundry, and Azure AI services.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Lead client engagements, mentor developers, and ensure alignment with platform strategy.
