Job summary

Qualifications

• Active CA LVN license with IV therapy and blood withdrawal certification.
• Active BLS Card from ARC or AHA.
• 3+ years LVN experience.
• Ability to take vital signs, administer medications and obtain drug refills.
• Ability to lead a team and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing and clinical services for the practice.
• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate clinic operations.
• Supervise nursing and supplemental staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with faculty, residents, patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Assign and coordinate staff duties per policies and procedures.
• Administer admin oversight: supervise staff, ensure compliance, adjust staffing.
• Lead performance evaluations and staff training/onboarding.
• Oversee Quality Assurance and review timesheets for accuracy.
• Maintain readiness and ongoing maintenance of the practice.
