Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure showroom presentation aligns with brand standards.
• Oversee stockroom cleanliness and inventory controls.
• Coordinate daily store operations including opening/closing, safety and cash controls.
• Drive high-quality client experience and resolve service issues promptly.
• Coach staff on service, upselling, and CRM usage.
• Monitor sales performance and provide performance insights.
