Gabriella White, LLC in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, support the Store Manager, and drive an exceptional client experience on the showroom floor and in the stockroom.

The ideal candidate has retail management experience, a passion for client service, and the ability to lead a collaborative, professional team while driving sales and maintaining brand standards.

Formación

• Minimum of three years of experience in retail or design environment with at least two years in a leadership role; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure showroom presentation and merchandising align with brand standards.
• Monitor stockroom standards, visual integrity, and cleanliness throughout client-facing, stockroom, or warehouse areas.
• Coordinate daily store operations, opening, closing, inventory, merchandising, safety, and cash controls.
• Drive high-quality client experience.
• Address client service challenges promptly and professionally.
• Assist in lead/business reviews, reporting performance insights, and recommending course corrections when needed.
• Exhibit and reinforce brand values, professional conduct, and polished presentation.
• Foster a constructive and collaborative environment among associates.
• Maintain operational standards, including security and audit processes.
• Support sales performance through coaching on service, upselling, and CRM system usage.
