Job summary

Macallan Custom Homes & Renovations is seeking a Residential Construction Manager in metro Atlanta to oversee on-site construction, manage staff and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and timely project completion across multiple homes.

The role requires 5+ years of new home construction experience, blueprint reading ability, knowledge of local codes, and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel to job sites and pre-employment background checks may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of new home construction experience managing residential operations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of local codes and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all on-site construction without supervision and manage staff and subscontractors
• Schedule and qualify subcontractors, inspect work quality, review invoices
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards
• Plan staffing and sequencing based on drawings and specifications
• Order materials and ensure timely delivery to fit work schedules
• Maintain progress and provide timely reports on each house
• Ensure clean, safe, and marketable job sites and resolve issues with customers and team
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
