Job summary

Bradford Custom Homes & Remodeling is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead high-end custom homes and large remodels across north metro Atlanta. You’ll own projects on site, manage schedules, budgets, and client communications, and partner with design teams to turn plans into reality.

In this field-based role based out of Acworth, GA, you’ll visit job sites daily, attend weekly Production meetings, and maintain high standards of quality and safety while delivering exceptional client

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Residential Project Manager, Superintendent, or Builder for custom homes and/or large-scale remodels.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and building codes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, trades, and timelines in the field.
• Experience with high-end custom homes in markets similar to Sandy Springs, Buckhead, or other affluent neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery on site from handoff to closeout for high-end custom homes and complex remodels.
• Lead the job site daily: coordinate and schedule trades, vendors, and inspections to keep work flowing.
• Manage budgets and job costs in line with contract values and company standards; review and approve invoices, change orders, and allowances.
• Communicate with homeowners regularly, providing updates, setting expectations, and educating them on options and decisions.
• Collaborate with pre-construction and design teams to ensure plans, selections, and specifications are understood and executed on site.
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites reflecting the Bradford brand.
