Develop and manage Revit models through schematic design to permit-ready documentation, coordinating with clients, consultants, and jurisdictions to ensure approvals and constructible drawings.

This role requires advanced Revit skills, strong design judgment, and proactive, team-oriented leadership for timely project

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Architecture, Building Design, Construction Science, or related field.
• Experience in high-end residential detailing and premium materials preferred.
• Advanced Revit capabilities and coordination with architects, consultants, and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and documentation of luxury custom residential projects.
• Develop and manage Revit models and plan sets from schematic design through permit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, clients, consultants, and jurisdictions to support approvals and timely delivery.
• Improve workflows, templates, and drafting standards to reduce rework and enhance design quality.
• Guide design decisions and ensure alignment of scope, schedule, quality, and design intent.
