Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a Product Development Lead to drive the development process across a core portfolio. You will build schedules, monitor delays, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget commercialization of new products.

You will manage multiple programs, maintain design and quality standards, and mentor teammates while collaborating with Engineering, Compliance, and Supply Chain to meet target costs and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years experience in development-related functions.
• Luxury/high-end experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product return levels and implement corrective actions.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and maintain a positive environment.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment, Supply Chain/Sourcing to award programs to suppliers.
• Facilitate testing with Engineering and Compliance for performance and packaging.
