Moncrief Construction in Park City, Utah is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead high-end residential projects from the field. You will own day-to-day site activities, coordinate subs, manage schedule, and ensure client satisfaction with workmanship that meets our standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in residential construction, proven leadership on luxury homes or major remodels, strong communication skills, and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction experience, with significant experience in a Superintendent, Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or similar field leadership role.
• Experience managing custom homes, luxury residential projects, major remodels, or complex residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, plans, and building practices.
• Experience coordinating and managing subcontractors and trade partners.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable using technology for communication, scheduling, documentation, and project coordination.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage day-to-day jobsite operations
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and project activities
• Keep projects moving according to schedule and identify potential delays before they become major issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional jobsite
• Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, trade partners, and the internal team
• Monitor quality and ensure work meets project plans, specifications, and Moncrief Construction's standards
• Review plans and project details to anticipate construction challenges and coordinate solutions
• Help manage project schedules, sequencing, and workflow
• Coordinate inspections and ensure work is ready for the next phase of construction
• Track jobsite progress and communicate updates, issues, and needs to the appropriate team members
• Hold subcontractors accountable for quality, schedule, and jobsite expectations
• Support problem-solving and decision-making in the field
• Build strong working relationships with clients while representing the company professionally
