Qualifications

• Proficient in ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• General knowledge of municipal permitting and regulations
• General knowledge of building codes
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction-related scheduling software
• Basic computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and supervision of daily trade partner activities; evaluate quality and efficiency.
• Review and request modifications to construction drawings when plan errors or conflicts arise.
• Evaluate project schedules and update modifications to reflect project needs for timely completion.
• Ensure each home is on schedule; enforce contract obligations and safety protocols; stop noncompliant work.
• Interact with Community Sales to manage performance and customer activities.
• Complete daily inspections to ensure sites meet safety standards and SWPPP requirements.
• Inspect trade workmanship and product quality for timeliness and scope conformance.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Process Improvement, Resource Planning, and Purchasing teams on improvements.
• Evaluate work to ensure compliance with building codes and company standards.
• Participate in trade partner recruitment and vetting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
