Qualifications

• Proven experience managing custom home or luxury residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and systems.
• Ability to read architectural plans and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential projects from pre-construction through final inspections and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Buildertrend.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Monitor budgets, job costs, purchase orders, invoices, and change orders.
• Conduct site visits to track progress, quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Lead project meetings, maintain documentation, and oversee punch-list completion.
