Qualifications

• 5+ years of Residential Construction Project Management experience.
• Experience managing custom homes, luxury renovations, or high-end residential construction projects.
• Knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Client-first mindset with a commitment to exceptional service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-end residential construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate and lead project teams including subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and designers.
• Develop and manage construction schedules, budgets, procurement, and project timelines.
• Conduct site visits and project meetings to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
• Anticipate potential problems and proactively develop solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Provide clear project updates to homeowners, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with clients while serving as a trusted advisor throughout construction.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and local trade partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
