W3Global seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead high-end residential builds in the Hamptons, from pre-construction through turnover. You will coordinate owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to deliver on time, within budget, and with exceptional craftsmanship.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in luxury residential PM, strong financial management, and a commitment to quality across $2M+ projects. Travel across the Hamptons is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of residential construction project management experience.
• Experience managing luxury custom home builds over $2M.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, MEP drawings.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling skills.
• Willingness to travel across the Hamptons.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate milestones from permitting through certificate of occupancy.
• Monitor progress and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings.
• Produce weekly project status reports.
• Budget & Financial Management: develop and maintain project budgets.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing luxury custom homes valued from $2M to $20M+, exceptional organizational skills, strong financial management abilities, and a commitment to quality.

Primary Responsibilities

• Project Management
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.

• Qualifications/Experience
• 7+ years of residential construction project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing luxury custom home builds.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $2M.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel throughout the Hamptons.

• Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• LEED Accreditation.
• PMP Certification.
