You will guide a skilled crew, oversee on-site subcontractors, and ensure craftsmanship meets elite standards. Qualifications

• 10+ years of related carpentry experience in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of modern building methods and residential codes.
• Experience leading diverse crews and multiple subcontractors.
• Excellent problem-solving and on-site logistics skills.
• Ability to read architectural blueprints and translate to field tasks.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations for complex residential projects (luxury renovations, additions, new homes).
• Supervise and mentor crew members to meet high integrity standards.
• Manage onsite subcontractors and trade partners; act as primary company representative.
• Set and achieve production goals aligned with the master schedule.
• Perform high-level carpentry tasks and lead by example on technical pace.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Communicate with clients and partners to provide updates and maintain relationships.
