Job summary

Hudson's in Detroit is seeking an Event Producer to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of high-end, luxury events, from concept development to on-site coordination. You will ensure every detail is meticulously planned and executed to exceed client expectations, managing budgets and vendor relationships to deliver outstanding experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience producing large-scale private events, exceptional project management skills, and a strong network

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or related field; 5+ years of experience producing large-scale private events.
• Experience in luxury or high-end markets preferred.
• Strong project management and cross-department collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of high-end, luxury events.
• Manage all aspects of event production from concept to on-site coordination.
• Oversee food & beverage finalization, tastings, vendor management, budgeting, and logistics.
• Develop post-event evaluations to assess success and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with culinary, service, and key vendors to meet client expectations.
