Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a Manager, Client Relations Events - North America to lead on-site client events and activations across the Americas. You will oversee logistics, vendor coordination, and run-of-show to deliver premium experiences aligned with brand strategy.

You will partner with regional teams, manage budgets, pull and stage product as needed, and report on event outcomes, attendance, and sales, driving consistent luxury client service standards.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in event support, coordination, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Strong vendor communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead primary brand activation and event coordination for North America.
• Coordinate with global teams on brand guidelines and assets.
• Oversee on-site setup, run-of-show, and breakdown for events.
• Manage event budgets and track spend across markets.
• Liaise with stores, vendors, and merchandising for logistics.
