Complete Care at Holiday City is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN Unit Manager to lead nursing operations, mentor staff, and ensure the highest quality of care for residents. Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered New Jersey Practical Nurse License.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
• Experience in sub-acute long-term care and PCC software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift including medication distribution and patient care tasks.
• Conduct nursing rounds on all units multiple times per shift.
• Provide ongoing education to staff, residents, and family members as needed.
• Assess each patient's needs to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Track treatments and progress in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Coordinate with supervising physicians to ensure smooth resident recovery.
• Ensure staff duties comply with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Nursing leadership.
