Homestead Health Care is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our community in Livonia, MI. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, and oversee care staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a current Michigan LPN license, with experience in senior living or long-term care, and strong communication skills to engage residents, families, and the care team.

Formación

• Current and valid LPN license in Michigan.
• Experience in senior living or long-term care, preferably in a management role.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and the Nurse Practice Act.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and families.
• Ability to lead and supervise care staff and coordinate care.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments; communicate with pharmacies.
• Monitor residents' health status and report changes; maintain medical records.
• Lead resident assistants and med techs; perform patient assessments, audits, and staff training.
• Supervise and support Caregivers in delivering care.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
