The ideal candidate holds a Michigan LPN license with experience in senior living or long-term care, including management, and is familiar with nursing home regulations. You will collaborate with staff and families to ensure patient-centered care and respond to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with Michigan license.
• Experience in senior living or long-term care, including management roles.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Caregivers in delivering care.
