Job summary

Westhill Collierville is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee nursing duties and ensure high-quality resident care in a skilled facility environment. The role includes supervising non-licensed staff, administering medications, and maintaining essential documentation and logs.

The ideal candidate will have an active RN license in Tennessee, experience with EMR systems, and a strong commitment to safety, HIPAA, and resident dignity in daily care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Valid state nursing license.
• Knowledge of EMR systems.
• Ability to read, write and interpret general procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes SRIM core values in treatment of residents and families.
• Administers prescribed medications with accuracy and follows dosage policies.
• Supervises non-licensed nursing staff and participates in evaluations.
• Maintains logs, service plans, progress notes and monthly summaries.
• Counts controlled substances with the oncoming/offgoing nurse and ensures accuracy.
