Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants according to regulations.
• Ensure nursing staff comply with facility policies and procedures.
• Review and update the Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
• Maintain the resident care plans, discharge plans, and nursing records.
• Provide leadership to nursing personnel and coordinate with other departments.
