Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Lead Licensed Practical Nurse to support clinical operations under the DON and Regional leadership. The Lead LPN may perform leadership duties, assist with scheduling, audits, and orientation, and ensure medication safety and regulatory compliance.

Strong English communication and CPR certification are required. Ideal candidates will have elderly care experience and possibly prior management exposure, with dedication to resident well‑being and teamwork

Qualifications

English language proficiency and ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
Graduate of a state accredited nursing school and LPN licensed in the state of service.
Current CPR certification is required.
Prefer experience with elderly in a nursing home or residential setting.
Prefer prior management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly cart and MAR audits and oversee clinical record maintenance.
Assist with scheduling, interviews, and orientation for LPNs, CNAs, and Resident Assistants.
Monitor Relias training completion and ensure compliance with nursing policies.
Oversee medication administration and narcotics controls per regulations.
Provide resident care oversight and communicate changes to nursing leadership.
