Job summary

Cedarcreek is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to oversee direct nursing care and supervise daily activities of nursing assistants in a long-term care facility in Tennessee. You will ensure adherence to federal, state, and local standards, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain high-quality resident care.

The role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to coordinate care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee.
• 3+ years of nursing experience in long‑term care or equivalent.
• Experience supervising nursing assistants and coordinating care.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Review and revise nursing procedures and manuals as needed.
• Plan shifts, services, programs, and activities with staff.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure compliance.
• Prepare written reports and coordinate with other departments.
