• Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility's quality assurance program for the nursing service department.
• Coordinate with physicians, residents, and families to ensure comprehensive care and timely discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation, including resident records and nursing notes.
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician and verify resident identity.
• Provide leadership to nursing personnel, perform staff scheduling, and conduct regular rounds to assess care quality.
