Allure is hiring an LPN to provide direct nursing care for residents in a licensed facility in Moline, IL. This role includes supervising nursing assistants, coordinating shift activities, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

Compensation includes up to $38/hour, sign‑on bonus, and bonuses for extra shifts. The LPN will administer medications, complete charting, and collaborate with other departments to maintain high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current unencumbered state license.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants and plan the shift’s services.
• Complete and file required record-keeping forms and transcribe physician orders.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Maintain good working rapport with inter-departmental staff to ensure nursing services meet resident needs.
• Monitor safety and provide care in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and ensure privacy.
