Job summary

Allure in Moline, IL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and support the Director of Nursing to maintain high-quality care.

The role requires administering medications, documenting care, coordinating with inter-departmental staff, and ensuring resident privacy.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and facility regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and coordinate shift services.
• Complete and file admission/transfers/discharges; transcribe physician orders.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Maintain inter-departmental rapport to ensure quality resident care.
