Job summary

Park Vista North Hill in East Moline, IL, is seeking a Full-Time 2nd Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. The role supports residents and collaborates with the healthcare team on the 2:30PM–11:00PM shift, including every other weekend.

The base wage starts at $30/hour with a $3/hour 2nd shift differential and an additional $1.50/hour weekend differential, with potential to reach $34.50/hour. A $3,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in good standing.
• Ability to perform nursing evaluations and assist in care planning.
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staff training and evaluations.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions.
• Document health concerns and update care plans.
• Communicate with physicians and families as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality.
