Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day functions of nursing assistants in accordance with current rules and guidelines.
• Ensure nursing staff comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.
• Participate in development and maintenance of the quality assurance program for the nursing service.
• Maintain the Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure it reflects day-to-day procedures.
• Complete accident/incident reports and forward to the Director as required.
