The role covers admissions, discharges, and ongoing resident care to ensure continuity and quality. The ideal candidate will hold an Illinois LPN license, have strong communication skills, and be able to work holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Currently licensed as an LPN in Illinois.
• Ability to communicate with residents and staff.
• Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding.
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and cover call offs.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as per policy.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and medications.
• Assist in admissions and discharges.
• Respond to resident emergency calls and transcribe orders.
• Chart progress notes reflecting care and resident responses.
