Sinceri Senior Living in Lorain, OH is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN with elderly-care experience to join our nursing team on-site. You will participate in medication management, census duties, and daily resident care while coordinating with families and physicians as needed.

The role offers hourly pay starting at $30, a comprehensive benefits package, a 401K plan, and various incentive programs within a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• Current state LPN/LVN license on record.
• Prior experience caring for elderly residents in healthcare settings.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Participates in narcotic counts and medication documentation.
• Maintains orderly medication cart and medication room.
• Monitors daily resident care and responds to emergencies.
• Documents observations and updates care plans accordingly.
• Leads shift coverage and assigns caregiver duties.
• Provides reports to Health Services Director or Administrator.
• Coordinates care with families and external providers.
