Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide direct resident care in a senior living setting. You will dispense and document medications, monitor residents, and coordinate with caregivers to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires an LPN/LVN license and prior experience with the elderly. Strong communication with families and staff is essential, and a positive team atmosphere is emphasized.

Qualificações

• Current state LPN/LVN license is required.
• Experience caring for the elderly in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred and encouraged.
• Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to represent the facility in a positive and professional manner.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident care and medication administration as per policy.
• Maintain accurate records and nursing documentation.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to Health Services Director.
• Coordinate with caregivers and other staff to ensure quality care.
• Assist with shift handoffs and care planning as needed.
