Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a dedicated nurse supervisor to oversee daily resident care and supervise care staff in Lorain, OH. The role ensures accurate documentation, timely communication with families and physicians, and adherence to physician orders and care plans.

You will coordinate staffing, monitor care quality, and support a positive team environment while upholding regulatory requirements and patient safety.

Formación

• Current state LPN/LVN or RN License if required by State.
• Experience working with the elderly in a healthcare setting preferred.
• supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with residents, families and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily care for all residents.
• Delivers nursing tasks per policy and state law.
• Documents observations and follow-up until issues resolve.
• Communicates needs to families and physicians.
• Manages physician orders and ensures plan implementation.
• Monitors staff performance for quality resident care.
• Schedules and coordinates staffing as needed.
