Vinfen is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care in a specialized brain injury and behavioral health setting. You will administer medications, monitor health status, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to support residents’ independence and community engagement.

The role requires MA LPN licensure, 1–2 years of related experience, and CPR/MAP certification within defined timelines, with opportunities for growth in a nonprofit organization serving individuals

Qualifications

• Must hold LPN license in Massachusetts.
• 1-2 years supervised practical experience preferred.
• Experience with brain injury or behavioral conditions preferred.
• Must pass CORI/background checks and CPR/MAP certifications within specified timelines.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct nursing care in a clinically intensive program.
• Administers medication and treatments as ordered.
• Supervises CNAs during designated shifts and ensures timely, accurate care.
• Documents nursing care, treatments, and medications per policy.
• Communicates changes in status to Program Nurse Administrator and care team.
