Job summary

Qualifications

• LPN licensure in the state of service required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements person centered treatment care plans.
• Provides nursing care including ADLs, medications, and treatments as ordered.
• Supervises CNAs during designated shift; ensures timely and accurate care.
