Job summary

Vinfen is seeking an LPN to participate in comprehensive health assessments for individuals with brain injuries, developmental disabilities, or psychiatric conditions. You will administer medications, assist with daily living activities, and perform skilled nursing interventions.

You will collaborate with families, staff, and providers, communicate changes in status, and ensure documentation meets Vinfen policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• One to two years supervised practical experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is helpful, but not required.
• Experience working with people with developmental/psychiatric disabilities and medical illnesses is preferred.
• Bilingual/bi-cultural applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements person centered treatment care plans.
• Provides nursing care and administers medications per MAP guidelines.
• Supervises CNAs during shifts and ensures timely, accurate care.
• Documents nursing care, treatments, and incidents per policy.
• Communicates changes in status to the Program Nurse Administrator, providers, families, and guardians.
